Shipping policy

Where we ship
United States only.

Processing times
Orders ship 1–3 business days after bulk production is complete and in hand. If an item is a pre-order, the product page will show the target ship window; we’ll email updates if timelines shift.

Carriers & rates
Real-time rates shown at checkout. Carrier may be USPS/UPS based on destination and weight.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update.

Address accuracy
Please enter your address carefully. We’re not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost / stolen after delivery scan
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, risk transfers to the recipient. For theft/loss after delivery, please check with neighbors/building management and file a claim with the carrier.

Signature add-on (optional)
If you need a signature on delivery, contact us before ordering at contact@almostawake.us so we can set it up (additional cost).
